Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Titra
What is Titra?
Titra is a free mobile app for iOS and Android designed specifically for people taking GLP-1 receptor agonist medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and Rybelsus. It helps you track doses, visualize estimated serum levels, compare your progress against clinical trials and a global patient community, rotate injection sites safely, log side effects with clinical context, track TDEE and nutrition goals, monitor weight and body composition changes, and generate PDF reports to share with your doctor. Available in 24 languages.
How does community benchmarking work?
Titra's Community Insights feature lets you anonymously compare your progress with other patients on the same medication, dose, and treatment stage. You can see percentile rankings for weight loss, view typical weight trajectories within your cohort, and see which side effects are most commonly reported at your stage of treatment. All community data is protected by differential privacy, requires at least 15 matched users, and you can view insights without sharing your own data.
How does Titra compare my results to clinical trials?
Titra automatically matches your medication to the relevant published clinical trials — such as STEP-1 for semaglutide and SURMOUNT-1 for tirzepatide — and charts your actual weight-loss trajectory against the trial outcomes. You can see where you fall relative to typical results, giving you and your doctor objective context for whether your progress is on track.
How does the serum level estimator work?
Titra's Serum Level Estimator uses published pharmacokinetic data to model your estimated medication blood concentration over time. It factors in each medication's specific half-life (semaglutide has a half-life of approximately 7 days, tirzepatide's is about 5 days), bioavailability, and absorption rates. After you log a dose, the estimator calculates the decay curve to show your estimated level at any point. This is for informational purposes only — always consult your healthcare provider.
Which GLP-1 medications does Titra support?
Titra supports all major GLP-1 receptor agonist medications: Ozempic (semaglutide injection), Wegovy (semaglutide injection for weight management), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Zepbound (tirzepatide for weight management), Rybelsus (oral semaglutide), Wegovy Pill (oral semaglutide for weight management), generic semaglutide, and orforglipron. Each medication has its own pharmacokinetic profile for accurate serum level estimation.
Is Titra free?
Yes. Titra is free to download and the core features — dose tracking, injection site rotation, weight logging, side effect tracking, food noise monitoring, community insights, clinical trial comparison, and TDEE tracking — are all free. An optional titra+ premium subscription unlocks cloud backup, data export, and enhanced health data sync with Apple Health and Google Health Connect.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Titra is designed to be private by default. All health data is stored locally on your device and is never sold or shared with third parties. Titra contains no ads and is GDPR compliant. Community insights use differential privacy so no individual data can ever be identified. You can lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint authentication, and delete all your data at any time from app settings. Optional cloud backup uses encryption.
